MadgeTechs Ultra Low Temperature Freezer Validation System can measure and log data as low as -86°C. It can be placed in small and large freezers of varying configurations. The system provides a complete stand-alone temperature mapping and validation solution for freezers to ensure uniform storage and testing conditions. The ULT90 includes a USB docking station with 6 feet of cable (IFC300), 15 Cryo-Temp data loggers, and MadgeTechs FDA 21 CFR Part 11 Secure Software and IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols. For larger freezers, loggers can be plotted in one graph to show variances in different parts of the freezer. Finally, as failure to monitor external freezer temperatures may invalidate internal freezer temperatures, an additional Cryo-Temp can be included for placement outside of the freezer.
Please note, the ULT90-15 is not compatible with 64 bit operating systems.

Setup is fast and easy. The data logger, which is contained within the water resistant enclosure, is mounted to the vehicle. Using the MadgeTech software, the logger is programmed to record for a set period, generally three to five days. Data is stored in the data logger, and is downloadable at any time via a pc or laptop computer. The complete temperature profile is then provided to the diesel particulate filter (DPF) manufacturer, aiding in the selection of the correct DPF for the exhaust system. Many DPF manufacturers, including Donaldson Corp., recommend the use of temperature profiling equipment, such as the MadgeTech ETR101A, to aid in the selection of the appropriate diesel particulate filter.
